DPC Day 14| two sidekicks who would make a great duo - Pascal and Flit

Both are very protective of their human friends when it comes to meeting new men, and they have such big attitudes for such little animals!

DPC Day 13| two princess you think detest each other - Aurora and Tiana

Honestly, I think all the princesses seem like they’d get along, but Tiana and Aurora would probably have the least in common. Both girls are dreamers, but Tiana works at reaching her dreams herself while Aurora, well, gets caught under a spell and has to rely on Phillip for her dream to come true.

DPC Day 12| two princess you think are best friends - Jasmine and Merida

Both are strong, independent women who don’t need no man (well, the latter only applies to Merida).

DPC Day 11| the voice you wish you had - Jodi Benson (Ariel)

DPC Day 10| the dress you wish you owned - Cinderella’s ball gown

Hands down, this is the most beautiful dress! Not only in the movie, but in the parks, too!

DPC Day 9| the town you wish you lived in - Corona

The Kingdom Dance is my absolute favorite scene in Tangled! I love the town of Corona, and getting to take part in the lanterns ceremony every year would be amazing!

DPC Day 8| the castle you wish you lived in - The Beast’s Castle

This castle is just so beautiful, inside and out. And that library! Oh man!

DPC Day 7| the parents you wish raised you - Tiana’s parents

I am very fortunate to have parents like Tiana’s, and I wouldn’t trade them for the world. They taught to me work hard for what I want, that life won’t just hand you things. At the same time, they never once discouraged my dreams. They have supported me in whatever I decided to do, no matter how crazy it may have seemed at the time. Both my parents are fully supportive of my dream to work for Disney, my dad more than anything. He keeps me focused on my goal and encourages me to work hard and get things done to get where I want to be, just like Tiana’s parents did for her.

DPC Day 6| the prince you wish loved you - Flynn Rider

Some of my favorite moments in Tangled are the ones where Flynn is looking at Rapunzel, where you can see it in his eyes the way he feels about her. That he is completely in love and just in awe of everything about her. It melts my heart every time, and I wish I had a guy that looked at me the way Eugene looks at Rapunzel.

DPC Day 5| the best friend you want to hang out with - Lottie

She’s girly and sassy and so bubbly! She seems like the perfect person to hang out with; having spa days, gossiping over fashion magazines, and daydreaming about our prince charmings. The perfect best friend for any girly-girl!

DPC Day 4| the sidekick(s) you wish you had - Cinderella’s mice and birds

What I’d give to have sidekicks who will help me get ready in the mornings, make my clothes, and always look out for me!

DPC Day 3| the princess you relate to most - Belle

I find myself relating to her more and more. It used to be just her love of books and desire for adventure that I would say was most like myself, but I’ve come to find more and more things in common between me and her. She’s stuck in a town that finds her strange, since she seems to be the only one not like them. She’s stubborn, and will go for whatever she sets her mind on no matter what other people tell her. She knows when to turn up the attitude. She still keeps up her grace and charm, and doesn’t let what others think of her affect how she holds herself. Growing up, people always found me strange and I felt out of place. This feeling increased when I moved to a new place full of people with a small town lifestyle where I just didn’t quite fit in. Anything I was interested in or did seemed to be the opposite of everyone else. I always dreamed of leaving and finding adventure, which I finally did when I left for college in Orlando. I had my dreams set at a young age, and never let anyone tell me no. I’ve had jerks in my life, and I knew how to handle them with the right amount of attitude and grace. I feel connected to Belle in many ways, and it is a big reason why I hope to be friends with her someday soon.

DPC Day 2| the princess you like the least - Tiana

Before I have people jump on me for saying this, hear me out! Do you understand how hard it is to choose a princess you like the least?! This was one of the toughest decisions I had to make. I decided to base it off which movie I ranked towards the bottom of my list, and that was still difficult, but it brought me to this decision. I love Tiana, I really do!  I admire her hard work to achieve her dreams, and wish I had that much determination. I love the “Almost There” sequence, the rest of the music, Tiana and Lottie’s friendship, and the ending when she is with Naveen. The thing is though, I never cared for the parts where she and Naveen were frogs. It sort of grossed me out because I’m not a big frog fan. I can get through the beginning and end of the movie just fine where she is human, but the frog parts…not so much. On top of that, Facilier is not my favorite villain at all. I never liked him. Tiana, however, is amazing, and I admire her greatly.
